We sat together and then stood to enter the labyrinth mowed into the tall grass on country, surrounded by majestic hills and the calling of bird song. We stopped and gave thanks before entering and then silently journeyed inwards towards the centre, turning in and back on ourselves as we walked in each other’s footsteps. Each step releasing and letting go of that which we carried. We met and gathered in circle at the centre, open to the new energy with space to soak it in before cupping the water in our hands and feeling it’s cleansing on our skin.

Human beings Best together in the company of each other. Sharing our hearts’ truth and holding the space to hear each others’ pain with love. Listening with open hearts and honouring that which has made us who we are today. A reflection on this last weekend, spent in the company…

And then rest back in the armchair to see the cosmos above before returning back to earth as the stardust we all are.
